Chronic stopped growth- need help ?

Hi Everyone
I am 28 yrs old guy. Actually I really need some suggestions. I have just recovered from Anorexia & some other disorders after being in them for nearly 8 yrs., which has reduced my body in just a skeleton like ( totally delayed/stopped growth). I am exercising & taking rich diet since last 3 months but nothing is showing up. I feel depressed even to a suicidal limit because of very weak body. I really need something urgent to put on muscle mass/ weight somehow. I am also thinking for starting some supplements ( even steroidal one). I have read about some like Nandralone ( Deca Durabolin) & Oxadrolone (Anavar) . Is it safe to take supplements if u r exercising as I just feel tired just exercising for 10-15 min. Plz advice to me on how & what to start with ( reg exercise/supplements)?. I live in San Jose, California & if possible also let me know the right source for them nearby.

First of all, you can't ask for "sources" on this board--ever.

Secondly, I am sorry to hear about your situation(s). It is nice to see that you have overcome the actual disorders, but recovery is not going to happen fast. 3 months is really not enough time to allow a "rich" diet to replenish a body atrophied from something like anorexia. Taking supplements is a great idea and getting your body used to protein again is certainly a step in the right direction.

I would however recommend you see a professional nutritionist to develop a comprehensive diet/exercise program. I cannot forsee anyone recommending you take anabolic steroids when your body is taxed after 15 minutes of exercise.

The answer to your question is, NOW is the right time to start with regular exercise and supplements. Again, it would behoove you to see a professional in order to acertain exactly where you stand physically, and to determine which supplements are right.

Okay, first off, never ask for a source on this board. If you get a shitload of emails now from "sources" chances are they are scammers. Just an FYI for you. From what it sounds like, you have a ways to go before I would suggest any AAS. You need to start eating healthy and lifting again once your body is ready to do so. If you are down to a skeleton, then AAS are definitely not the route to go. Start hitting the calories and protein and then hit the gym. The only problem with this that I see is that if you have had problems in the past with your weight (anorexia), you may be setting yourself up again. Packing on a bunch of weight might throw you back into old habits. So make sure you are stable with yourself before jumping into anything like this.
 
dude put your stats and your complete meal plan. It's only food and excercise. You don't need drugs to grow. Give us more information to start working on you.
 
I'd say if you're eating enough and not growing to an acceptable size and also feel weak there is something physically wrong with you. Get yourself checked out especially thyroid and testosterone levels.

On the other hand you could actually count the calories you are eating and check to see if your eating enough to grow. I'd say you need a bare minimum of 3000 calories, more if your an active person.

Give me a fucking break!!! Instead of whining about how small you are, why don't
you give yourself some credit for getting through your disorders? If you're not stable enough to even exist, then you DO NOT need steroids. You need a shrink.

You're tired all of the time because you are depressed. If you are depressed, then you probably don't have much of an appetite or energy to work out. Start off by getting yourself laid. Even if its an ugly chick, we can work up to the hot ones later. But this will get your self esteem up a bit. Now write down everything that you are eating during the day, I'm willing to bet it's not 1/4 of what you need to grow. Start eating more, even if you have to force it down. Eventually your stomoche will stretch to allow you to put in more food.
OK, now that you've gotten laid and you're not hungry, lets work on your excercise plan. Start off slow, Rome wasn't built in a day. It's gonna take more than a few months. More like a few years. After you've mastered all of this (in a couple of years) get back to me and we'll talk about putting you on the sauce.

I know I sound like a dick right now, but I hope you get the point of what I'm trying to say. Keep your head up bro, don't concentrate on the negatives. You already know what you're capable of if you put your mind to tit....I mean it.
 
alright.. first off go get some blood work done. see where you stand on all your levels and let your DOCTOR diagnose you. No one on this board is able to give you adequite advice for your situation. just imo
