Christmas MASS

New member
Looking for a month of hardcore training over the festive season, just wondering if anyone can give me some advice.

I am looking to bulk up (Exp arms and legs!) and gain strength. Will be training 5 days a week so any suggestions a routine would be hugly appreciated.

I have had a good few years experience, fancy trying something new and exciting so i can put everything into this period of training and hopefully see some results.

Any Ideas? :)
 
Personally I am thinking about doing 4 weeks of 20rep squats 80% max Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That should give me plenty of time to enjoy the holidays and should pack on some mass

Sounds good! what about other BPs? exercises, sets and reps??

on a serious note, the squating monday wednesday firday shout aint too bad, was thinkin of doing some sort of TBW type workout.

Think 3 days of squats are hard over 4 weeks? try doing legs twice a week whilst training twice with a rugby team and playing on the weekend from august - may. Then you'll have your pre - season fitness testing to look forward to!
