I've looked into almost all of Blaine's tricks. Many use trick props, others use some insane slight of hand. They seem simple once you learn how they are done, but they take real skill to pull them off like he does.

Easy. You get a TV camera and videotape yourself standing in one place, then go to the editing room and make yourself levitate.

Bro, all that shit is slick TV editing, including the audience. The audience is "in on it". Or the shots of the audience gasping with amazement are pre taped and spliced into the show at just the right time. Dont fool yourself bro, hes not levitating even one inch on any of his shows. Dont get me wrong, angel is otherwise a illusionist.

I like to do magic tricks (mostly cards) - it keeps my kids smiling In the process of learning new card tricks I've come across some Chris Angel DVDs. He explains how he does the tricks.

He's good at what he does - but, it's all in the prep, angles,and delivery. The levitation bit is very angle dependent.
