choosing a cutting cycle?

My stats are:

age: 22
height: 6'1
weight: Was 230 around thanksgiving, im at about 205 now.
BF: I joined 24 hour fitness in december and weighed in at 216 and 17% bf. but now idk what i am. im trying to get down to 10% BF and still keep all or most of my size.

Ive been doing alot of research on these boards and at other sites and ive come up with a few diffrent cycles.

Deca-durabolin/cytomel/clenbuterol
wk1- clen 80mcg/day
deca 200mg
wk2- clen 100mcg/day
deca 200mg
wk3- clen 120mcg/day
deca 300mg
wk4- cytomel 50mcg/day
deca 400mg
wk5- cytomel 50mcg/day
deca 400mg
wk6- cytomel 100mcg/day
deca 300mg
wk7- cytomel 100mcg/day
clen 80mcg/day
deca 200mg
wk8- clen 100mcg/day
deca 200mg
wk9- clen 120mcg/day

I know deca makes you retain water, will the addition of clen and cytomel alleviate this?

2nd cycle

test prop & winstrol

still deciding on dosages..

3rd cycle

test prop
winstrol
equipoise

i need help deciding on which, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
I say stay away from steroids at this point. It sounds like u have made incredible progress since thanksgiving. Do not give up. You can get down to 10% with a good diet and cardio.

What is your current diet? What are you doing for cardio? weight lifting?

if u r going to ignore my advice and insist on using i would go with choice #2 (test p & winny)

my cardio is 3-4 days a week at about 20-30 minutes each. My gf started doing slim fast shakes and i kinda got caught up with them and started drinking 4 or 5 a day and only eating 1 or 2 real meals a day.

so i lost 25 pounds, but i think i lost alot of muscle doing it too.
 
you need to eat more whole food
cardio min of 4 days a week at 30 mins in the am before bfast
no need for aas at this point and definetly not decca alone

Yes, you did lose a lot of muscle. This is a terrible diet plan.

Judging by the fact you are drinking these weight loss shakes, it's safe to say your meals aren't the best either.

Do some research if you're gonna juice, and get your diet on point. If not, you're just wasting your time and money
 
Bump up the cardio to 35-45 minutes and shoot for 5-7X ew.

Yeah we need 2 work on your diet bro. I would cut out that slim fast stuff asap! You need whole meals that are high in protein, moderate fat, and low in carbs. When you are no longer dieting you can increase your carb intake and keep the rest the same. You should be eating every 2-3 hours.

Are you weight lifting any?

yeah right now im working out 5 to 6 days a week, im trying to get some of my strength back. I have a diet, i stopped doing it because its expensive and hard when you work full time.

alot of us here work FT. u r right it is a pain in the ass. i sometimes use the weekends to pre-cook a weeks worth of food.

as far as expensive i dont think it is any more than regular grocery shopping. i utilize the bulk pricing of sam's club and other big grocery stores.

u gotta make the diet work somehow or you will see very little progress.
 
I totaly understand about how important a good diet is. I wasn't planning on doing this cycle for a month, I have to get some funds together.
