Cholesterol levels post cycle

It's fairly well documented that Arimidex/Lquidex and Letro fuck up your cholesterol levels. For me, it was almost a total shut down of the HDL (The good cholesterol). It was like 9 or something. I've been off for over a month and just finished with clomid/Nolva therapy. How long does it usually take for your cholesterol levels to be back to normal.

It will take a while, I went from 15 to 19 in 5 weeks (HDL), look at total cholesterol if you are over 200 then you need to be a little concerned, do ALOT of cardio (which I do not cause I fucking hate it!) but that is the BEST for raising your HDL, drink a glass of wine a day ONLY one, try garlic to keep the LDL in check it acts just like HDL at about 2grams a day, watch saturated fats and take flax or some form of omegas, BTW, the low HDL is quite normal for all of us who use aas, so don't feel like the lone ranger,
