Cholesterol levels in the shitter!

Just got all of my blood work done last week after months of using various compounds such as Test E, Prop, Deca, Tren Ace, Winstrol Tabs. plus all of the other goodies like T3, clen, HCG, Clomid and Letro.

Long story short, all of the test results came back good(normal) except my Chloresterol levels and Blood pressure. My HDL(good) is @ 7! LDL(bad) is @250! Blood pressure is @ 155/110. So i got to go back in and have more tests done..........suspect they'll put me on Lipitor.

Was happy about liver, kidney and thyroid all being good, but that's the second time my chloresterol has been bad. I've been off all gear for 10weeks including PCT. 30years old and eat pretty healthy, anybody have any thoughts?

gonna go out on a limb and say it has to do with the letro and the winny specfically, i know my first cycle of winny (zambons) i let my doc in on what i was doing so i could get necessary blood work done and when the final tests came in after being off a good amount of time she almost fell over dead when she saw the ldl/hdl levels...it was at that point she suggested not to use winny anymore lol....it works so good but at the same time i dont want to help all that plaque build in my arteries any faster then normal....good luck bro

i had my blood pressure taken 1 month ago at the doctors office @ 161/86. Taken the next day and every day afterwards for 1 week, my blood pressure averaged 125/74.

I called my doctor, since he told me to monitor it, he said "awesome, you probably had the doctors office jitters, see ya in March"

Im not sure if this could be the case with you, but you may want to have it checked every now and again (relaxed, before and after cardio, etc)

As far as the cholesterol levels, not sure. Maybe eat oat bran based breakfast.

Good luck.

Yeah, i've had my blood pressure checked couple different times this month, always seems to be hovering around 140/100 range.

i suspected the bad cholesterol during the cycle, thought it might of improved after 10+ weeks.

I've been in the same boat. I had low levels of HDL about a year ago and raised it to 60 (yep...60!) in less than a years time. My LDL is always between 80-100 no matter what (must be good genetics). I need to breakdown all of my test results to get specific timelines etc. on the time between tests. Anyway, here is what I take ED:

3.6g Flax
3.6g Fish Oil
2-3g garlic (preferably garlic with lecithin)

Those about taken ED for about 4-5 months raised my LDL from 20 to 40. When I integrated garlic w/ lecithin and had my blood taken this summer my HDL level was 60.

I have also used:

Policosanol 20mg (during cycle) 10mg off-cycle
500mg flush free Niacin
Red Yeast Rice 1200mg w/ CoQ10 30mg (NOW Makes this - it also has ALA and Milk Thistle in it - dirt cheap)

I also eat tight all the time (at least one serving of fish daily) and take the EFA's (Flax and Fish Oil) religiously. It works.

Thanks for the info Bro! I'll keep this in mind and give it a try.

use that exact same combo every night before bed (thanks goes out to ulter for letting me in on that one).....also use fish oil, never got into the flax thing as it goes bad way too fast so i stick to extra virgin olive oil.....

Some of the shit can get pricey but Fish Oil and Flax you can get at Wal-Mart dirt cheap. EFA's are also good for a ton of things in addition to cardio benefits, your memory, muscles etc. all benefit. Just recently MD had an article on the benefits of muscle growth and EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids). :coffee:

What about Zocor, in the uk you can get in over the counter, it is a weaker version of lipitor and things like that. The uk has decided to make these available to the public and let them take their health into their own hands.
