Easy:

boiled sweet potato (around 50/100g- depending on the amount of carbs desired)
1 scoop chocolate Whey (depending on protein desired)

Mash the potato and then mix the Whey and add a little water.
Join everything and eat it.

I am using this preworkout.
 
Wow.... sweet potato and protein powder?? If I add canola oil, that could really work!! 40:30:30 chocolate mousse!!

On higher caloric days i use this preworkout:

100 grs. of boiled sweet potato
25 grs maltodextrine
2 tablespoons glycerol
2 teaspoons creatine
1 scoop chocolate Whey (22 grs protein)
