I agree. On "Magic Secrets Revealed", they show that alot of David Blaine's stuff is set up like this. Like when he levitates, he is just lifting himself up on one foot, but keeps his other foot straight, so the people behind him think that he is lifting off the ground a few inches. But then another camera view is showing him lifting off the ground several feet, with the backs of the people in the foreground facing toward him doing this.
the people on the street are seeing him lifting off a few inches, but the people in the second shot are duplicates dressed as the people on the street. So the shot where he is lifting a few inches is actually done on the street, but the shot where he is lifting several feet into the air is done afterwards.
To further illustrate this point, consider the fact that David Blaine usually goes out with just one camera. But when he does this trick, that one camera is usually pointed toward the onlookers to get their reaction to the illusion. But, miraculously, a second camera shot is seen where David Blaine is levitating several feet off the ground with the people in the foreground. Where did the second camera suddenly come from?
