The ordering is generally fine, he normally resends if there is a problem. That having been said the guy is so big that people often have problems I think just because the guy cant handle his huge clientel. What I would recommend is picking up some of the tabs domestically and seeing how you like'em. Grab something you have tried before and that you can compare it with. For the oils, hmm how to say this, DONT TOUCH THEM. You will get a lot of varying opinions on them and their effectiveness. I would not touch them just because of sterility issues. IMO there is 1. human grade 2. vet grade 3. ip grade.
My personal experience is that the winnies were alright and the dboll I got were shit. Do a search though you will find tons and tons and tons of info about the quality of his products as well as shipping and delivery info.
