FACT: SOMETHING has the chinese sources scared that they are going to get busted. They haven't ever been afraid like this before, to my knowledge.

FACT: Some powder guys have quit sending to the USA. Another has been confirmed busted (albeit for his own stupidity in making a schedule I drug)

FACT: The BLACK MARKET raw hormone business does not make the chinese government SOOOOO much money that they wouldn't consider making an example out of it to keep the USA and rest of world happy.

FACT: Politics annoy me, so let's keep the talk to drugs and drug dealers.

I agree with your post and Iam a Yank as wel but as far as "We are Americans and we kick ass" Well actually we do. We are sleeping now I admit but we all know what happens when we are pissed off...Wars are won....real wars not political ones like the Iraq war. I mean global changing wars. off my soap box now.

USA ARMY (not airforce etc) at the height of WW2 was 8 million. Now it's like 10% (maybe I'm wrong on %, don't shoot me). If we went to war and their was a draft, 12 million easy, even the "best and brightest" like us animals on EF hungry for blood, and the braniacs on Wall Street, would be called up. Not to mention, our fighter planes and bombers and unmanned rovers, can kills thousands without risk to our soldiers.

I was talking about economic clout for the most part. USA is not threatening China or Russia with war, it's they knew how to end WW2 (Japan asks Soviets to mediate a truce, USA asks Stalin to declare war ... Stalin declares war on Japan and attacks the Japs in Manchuria (border of Russia with China). Then we drop 2nd bomb on Nagasaki or Hiroshima, so much for Japs' "truce mediated by Soviets."

Reagan bombs Kadafi (Libya) and he shuts the fuck up. Then, few years ago, due to diplomacy and other pressures, he voluntarily relinquishes nuke program. Now the North Koreans are talking, probably because they are getting the dignity and respect they want "let's talk face to face (USA)." But also because of huge economic incentives.

After 9/11 (NEVER FORGET), Pakistan was our best ally when we thought Musharaf might not help. He's been rewarded and despite several assassination attempts, his rule is even stronger thanks no doubt due to new alliance with USA. Look at India's role now and the rate at which their economy is growing due to outsourcing by USA corporations.

We live in the world's most powerful nation and it's a great thing. But imports from China will end. But keep in mind, where there's a will there's a way. Let's leave it at that. THE POINT, FOR NOW, BEWARE UNSCRUPULOUS SCAMMERS WHO CANNOT SUPPLY hGH BUT WILL OFFER PRODUCT NONETHELESS.

Nice US history lesson. It still shows nothing to substantiate the elaborate claims your backing regarding US inspections and such within China. As far as the suppliers are concerned there definiatly seems to be something going on.I would have to agree with Chili on the possiblility of a threatened US embargo over the drug trade has been made. But to truly expect anything more than token gestures to become of it with the country were dealing with is highly unlikly. I guess time will tell on that matter.

I appreciate the arguement you're making. What I hear you saying is that you think china won't try to stop the hormone/peptide drug trade into the USA because it makes them too much money and they will never "bow down" to another country.

However, if you look at this monetarily, wouldn't china make more money from the olympics than from the taxes on the few chinese powder sources? So if it will appease the rest of the world to stop the few measely dollars they get from this drug trade, and it will allow them to keep the olympics in their country...don't you think that is good reason to give up this "token" and allow the US (who often in such cases represents the "world") in to inspect these raw hormone manufacturers?

I honestly cannot think of what else would be scaring every single source in china. Something about the US is making them nervous they they will get in trouble. So either china OR the US (or likely both) is starting to put heat on them...at least that's what makes sense to me.

I really think its more about the "bowing down" issue with western civilization more so than the small monetary amount China would benefit. Pride and the conflicting tpyes of government definitly would make this worse.

I do believe China will likely make concessions to appear they are sqelching the drug trade, but seriously, would you expect China or any other industrialized nation to let in inspectors from other, "opposing" countries to snoop for products that arent even illegal in their country? At the most in this scenario you would only get a smoke screen anyway. I'm fairly confident that the US would not ever let anyone in here to do that, and China wouldent either.

Nonetheless, there is something going on and I guess we'll just have to wait for it all to blow over.

WHo on this thread ever made this claim about USA inspectors in China? Perhaps I missed it. I thought it was enactment of a law in China to regulate their own ppl, peptide manufacturers exporting into USA and using deceptive tactics to evade US Customs. It's more the USA saying get your house in order and mind the ppl sending illegal hormones into our land. How do you think they shut down the Mexican vet manufacturers :Tt, Jurox, Denkall, QV, etc?

It seemed there were some earlier posts that people were insinuating that there were or are to be US inspections of these facilities. I agree that the US is telling them to get their house in order but I do believe we probably had a little more clout with the Mexican govt than we will with the Chinese.
