chili recepie
6 oz of thin sliced stake
1 serving of beans(pinto or kidney)
1-2 tbs of chili mix
4-6 tbs of salsa
cut up the meat into tinie cubes(i use cheap lean meat, better than ground and cheaper too)
brown the meat, (i wash it off with watter after to get rid of exes fat then i put it back into the pan add beans chili powder and salsa
heat and attack
500 and up cals
under 10 gms of fat
around 30 gms of carbs
under 10 gms of sugar
over 50 gms of protein
