Good point, but then there wouldn't be any such thing as tan lines if this were completely true. I suspect it to also be true that areas of skin not normally exposed to UV rays (near armpits, behind knees, and probably cock and balls) are more prone to skin cancer if exposed much.

Guys can tan. That's a-okay with me. My husband works outside and gets so dark that he's still tan in the winter. As an office girl, I am whiter than white and I look extra pale next to him so I tan from time to time just to look less sickly.

Ironic that something so unhealthy can make one look so healthy.
