just wondering about those Breaded Chicken Breast or Chicken strips they sell in the supermarket,thinging about is it okay to eat those on moderation maybe on the weekeneds and such as a small cheat meal yet still providing me with the protein??????
Anything breaded is really bad... usually those are geared more towards moms on the go trying to get their kids to eat anything, not very good quality meat anyway. The amount of fat you would take in to get the protien, IMO, would be redundant.
