god NO. I prefer steak than chicken.
Although needto makes a good hot wing recipe. I will eat chicken but not much of it.
Stems back to child hood trama of watching one get prepared for the oven.

I've been buying whole chickens lately
so much cheaper than breasts
i let them marinade for about 2 days then bake them for about 2 hrs @ 3-fiddy
good stuff

the little baby ones. What are they called Hens maybe??? Those arent bad. yes they need to be cooked just right so that the skin is nice and crispy yet the meat is juicy and soft. Not dry and nasty!
Chicken with asshole sauce...(ah-so) is not that bad either. I generally get boneless,skinless breasts.
 
I like horse meat..

seriously, alot of the salamis here in Norway have around 40% horse meat in them. nasty

na, not cornish hens
whole chickens

jackangel, try baking a whole chicken.
much cheaper than breastesis,
and you get a lot more meat

you do get a whole hell of a lot more meat..enough to create other meals within. Such as chicken salads, or soup..It is a good deal.However, I only like white meat, so it really doesnt do much for me.

Yeah, I love rotisserie chicken. I wish that I had a rotisserie. I roast mine. Sometimes I buy the whole rotisserie chickens from the grocery, though. Those are good!

And it doesn't have that chicken smell.

I bought chicken yesterday the first time in a while being that the smell was making me want to hurl.

Maybe I'll be able to down eggs again...

Soy Allergy - it's in all the cans that I have found
I should go look at the packets - a few I have looked at have it but maybe some do not.
 
Makes you wonder why the heck they felt the need to put soy in tuna. :whatever:
 
Boneless skinless bresasis. I buy the boneless skinless thighs at costco too. They're better for escabeche.
 
I got the rotissirie today for lunch roasted the whole chicken last night..its the bomb ...but I do prefer the boneless skinless chicken breasts....cook the whole bag and i you feel hungry just grap and eat like finger food

do you marinade them?
what flavor?
 
the lawerys masquette (sp)...sauce ....1 carb...and taste pretty good
just pour in zip lock bag leave a day or two and cook....mmmm tastey
