chicken rice broccoli diet? main course help

hey all, im thinking up my diet for the spring cutter and so far this is what im thinking
breakfast: 6 egg whites
morning shake: oats, 2 scoops whey, coffee, chocolate sugar free flavor

lunch: chicken breast, brown rice and broccoli

dinner: maybe a repeat of lunch

snacks: tuna, almonds, peanutbutter toast, cottage cheese, whey and crystal light

providing im eating enough does this seem like a solid cutting diet? what else can i incorperate to make a solid diet, hows the shake sound? im 190lbs 22 y/o

190 5'8'' or 190 6'2''?
 
6' im pretty lean as is, can see 4 abs, but not the bottom row. if one were to have to eat one meal day after day what would be the ideal cutting diet/meal?

If you are really lean why do you want to lean out more? What are your goals?
 
talk about a boring ass diet. i swear everyone eats chicken breasts and oatmeals. they shojuld have a store that sells just that. chicken breast by itself is so bland. i'd rather eat a burger and run an extra 2 miles a day
 
because i want to be shreded, i want to look the best ive ever looked in my life, its always been very hard to shed that last thin layer of fat, i want a toned 6pac, i already have good size and pretty good definition
