chicken or tuna

I'm just wondering what people here prefer...
we all eat so much protein...

do you prefer chicken or tuna?

tuna = easier, no cooking, just mix it with something

chicken = have to cook it, but tastes better IMHO

I guess it depends on the situation. I think I would rather eat chicken, but tuna with some relish and FF mayo is great!

I hate tuna unless it is seared ahi ...you know- black & blue

neither 1 tastes good-but tuna is more convenient and about equal in protein

Depends

If I have time I prefer Chicken other wise if in a hurry tuna, only if i have it with some fat free cottage cheese - its too dry otherwise
