i just bought some fresh chicken breasts from save on foods, was wondering what would be the best way too cook them:RADAR

Grilled, broiled, or baked. Avoid unhealthy sauces... lemon, pepper, cayenne, etc are great seasoning options that won't add unwanted calories and sodium to your diet.

I grill a lot -- in the winter, I use a George Foreman grill. It's fast, easy, and tasty.
 
That is interesting idea , I like chicken breast and prefer grilled chicken with lemon and sauce.I am eating almost 150-200 grams grilled for great protein and just the beginner.After this green tea with lemon is fantastic.
 
Grilled chicken and pair it up with some mixed veggies(you wrap up the chicken with the raw veggies) its the Korean style of eating, healthy and delicious!
