what do you guys think is the average fat for a chickenbreast grilled. Its a medium sized one. Fit day says its 14g but I think that is way 2 much. Thanks.

if you dont peel off all that fat thats on it thats probably pretty close. that fat thats on it, all the white stuff is very dense, just peel it off and you can get it close to 0.

Negligeable

jkurz is right, I get sanderson farms and 4 oz has 2 grams of fat and 24 grams of protein...this is the best i have ever seen though.

hmmm...news to me......I get mine from my butcher, lean as hell and it's still just a tad under 1g of fat per oz cooked..........

lol, tyson....I live really close to their factories

yeah though they are a bit processed.....they come pre-cooked and everything, you can just microwave them and they done...come in lemon flavor, BBQ, etc. I've bought them before a buncha times. Pretty good stuff.

Hmmm...mine aren't pre cooked, I have to grill them. They look pretty raw when I defrost them!

Don't know which kind you are talking about...I have never seen any flavors except, well, regular chicken.

Yeah they aren't cooked but i have seen the pre-cooked, flavored ones. Mesquite, Lemon Pepper, stuff like that. But its all natural, uncooked chicken that Clean and I are talking about.

clean and sublime are right, there is a tyson chicken out there that is a freak..like the moo-topia milk I drink...14 pr 0 fat 4 carbs!!! sick stats.

Ah well, I stand corrected then. Never saw them at Sam's.

Sam's is a good place. They have a huge booze selection, too.

That is like my Gym having a McDonalds next door... you can actually see the people eating from the Cardio Machines...

My chicken is just plain chicken breasts, they come in a little tray, packaged by the supermarket, skinless, boneless, 6 a piece and normally weight around 1 kilo or 1.1 kilo...

I just eat 1 breast/serving and I am fine. a serving is roughly (uncooked) half a pound... once you cook them you see them shrink like crazy... :(

there is normally no fat left in the grill, so I can only presume whatever fat they have is natural ocurring inter-fiber fat. I originally calculated that via calorieking at 2 grs fat/serving (half pound)
