Just curious i read that in the nonmedical for a lot of chewable vitamin C stuff that theres glucose and sucrose in a lot of them. How much is really in them and is it anything to be really concerned about?
Empty Calories are never good IMO. HGI Sugars are the worst..
The Sugar also tend to get jammed into your teefh causing cavities
They are mostly for kids or others that can't take pills or want a sweet treat
