and i really hate injuries... this year has sucked balls for me... everytime i get into any semblance of shape it seems like something bad happens... combine that with the break up of someone i really thought would be the one.... sucking balls... i got 2 options... take the time off... hit cardio and legs only. Or continue to sit on my ass and watch my waistline expand while my upperbody just slowly morphs into a small streamline piece of dogshit.
