Chest

My question is the chest is one muscle right? So it wouldnt matter if I did flat incline or decline they all target the same area since the chest is one muscle. Is this correct?

pretty much true.. they each sort of emphasize something different.. i think incline is a better overall chest developer...

i think both are the same for pecs- decline uses more triceps and incline uses more shoulders, but i could be wrong.
i often am.

lol hey there sugah...for me ive gotten better thickness in my pecs from inclines..especially upper chest..i woul rank declines third as far as effectiveness..if you use a close grip on any presses it will hit the tri's more..i tend to use a wide grip for inclines and flats..then a med/wide for decline

i agree with you- i think flats the best.
and then maybe incline only cause front delts and pecs are closer than pecs and tris.
i used to get the most thickness from cable work and dumbell presses, when i lifted for 'thickness'.
