N natural-mike New member Sep 4, 2002 #3 erick. shhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! dumbell flys can get you killed on this board. My advice, drop 'em, dump 'em, ditch 'em , don't do 'em and don't talk about them. A powerlifter is like a Gremlin. 1) never let them do chest fly's 2) never, ever allow them to do tricep kickbacks. 3) and of course, never feed them after midnight. Getting them wet, and brite light is optional and of course batteries are not included. (I've completely lost it people) Mike
