I have been working out for about a year now, and am seeing the results i want to see... except for my chest! I am taking Cell Tech and Pro Complex for protein. On chest days i work out chest and shoulders. I do 4 sets bench followed by 4 sets military. Then i do 4 sets of incline and 4 sets for shoulder press followed by 4 sets of butterflies and some dumbell shoulder work outs. Can anyone help me out bc my bis, tris, shoulders, legs and whatnots seem to be growing more then my chest! And I eat good and often too.
