chest workout

I have been working out for about a year now, and am seeing the results i want to see... except for my chest! I am taking Cell Tech and Pro Complex for protein. On chest days i work out chest and shoulders. I do 4 sets bench followed by 4 sets military. Then i do 4 sets of incline and 4 sets for shoulder press followed by 4 sets of butterflies and some dumbell shoulder work outs. Can anyone help me out bc my bis, tris, shoulders, legs and whatnots seem to be growing more then my chest! And I eat good and often too.

I have a hard time training my chest and shoulders on the same day. I find training my biceps with chest works well.

Chest:

barbell bench 5x5
dumbell incline bench 2x8
barbell decline bench 2x8

Bicpes:

standing curls 5x5
incline dumbell curls 2x8
concentration curls 2x8
 
hm i have a hard time doing chest and shoulders together also. i do triceps and chest together bc i am working them as secondary on the chest so they get hammered that day and have a week off.

doing the 5x5 right now...

chest

5x5 flat bench db press
2x8 incline bench db press
2x8 dips (for chest)
2x8 cable flys or flat bench db flys

triceps

5x5 db overhead pull
2x8 skullcrushers
2x8 cable pulldown for triceps
 
Some may disagree but IMHO..... 12 sets for your pecs is quite a bit............

Also...going by how you wrote your post it appears you are mixing your chest with your shoulders ??? Meaning you are doing some chest sets then shoulder sets then back to chest sets and then some shoulder sets and back to chest sets again and then back again to shoulder sets. Unless I am reading your post wrong...............Whassup with that ?
 
try halving the volume and doubling the frequency...
