After getting an emotional speech (see other post), I decided to forgo my WS Speed benching tonight and attempt to get 330 and set a new PR on bench (Please, remember I have a bad shoulder and 330 is alot for me LOL)

Flat Bench

135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 275x6, 315x3, 325x2, 330x1 NEW PR!!

Incline Bench

135x10, 155x8, 185x10 -- new POST-Injury PR too!! :)

That's all I had left for chest tonight...

I did do shrugs... 315 x 10 for 3 sets and 405 x 6 for 1 set

Thank you to who ever that was for giving me the inspiration to put up 330... my shoulder hurts a bit,, but it was worth it! :)

Pretty good weight from sombody who doesn't look like they work out. J/K. You'll get 350 in no time.

just imagine what another 6months all natural will do to you since you don't look like you workout;)


Good job on the pr, keep it nice and easy on the incline and go back to what you were doing before on flat bench. Don't let the little prick get you so rialled up that you lose good form and blow the routine you are using now. ...
