Chest workout for tonight

This is the first time that I have really had a complete workout with mainly free weights since my surgery so I think that it was pretty good.

Incline db press- 10x50, 10x70, 8x85, 8x95, 6x105, 5x105

Decline press bb- 10x135, 10x185, 8x225, 6x275, 6x275

Wide chest hammer strength- 10x180, 8x230, 5x270, 5x270


The weights felt good, and the balance was almost as good as pre injury. :)

I had two shoulder surgeries within a one year time period. The first time it was to repair a torn bicep tendon, and labrum. The second was on the ac joint in the same shoulder. Neither one was any fun, but my shoulder feels 100% better now.
 
Looks as though you're right back where you left off unless you were massive to begin with and pushing 315 in work sets. ;)
