This is the first time that I have really had a complete workout with mainly free weights since my surgery so I think that it was pretty good.
Incline db press- 10x50, 10x70, 8x85, 8x95, 6x105, 5x105
Decline press bb- 10x135, 10x185, 8x225, 6x275, 6x275
Wide chest hammer strength- 10x180, 8x230, 5x270, 5x270
The weights felt good, and the balance was almost as good as pre injury.
