Had a pretty good day, still getting use to a higher rep range, yes more than 5 is high for me
.
Flat Bench 3x8 with 250, nice and easy with strong lockouts
Incline 2x10 with 170, really easy only hard part was I still get tired way to fast.
Flyes 2x12 with 25's. easy but motion felt akward due to never doing flyes
Oh db ext with band 45 3x8
Pushdowns 3x8 with 100lbs
I am finally getting use to higher ranges, funny thing is almost all the weight feels the same for the first 5 reps, when i do flat the first five can be either 135 or 295 and it feels the same after 5 reps though I am shot. Guess just another thing I am gonna work on
