hello. my chest is big compared to my shoulders. my chest is not so big, it´s just hard for me to build up my shoulders. how many reps and sets should I do for benchpress so my chest doesn´t get bigger only stronger? I know that if I train my chest it´s going to get bigger but I want to try to only increase my strength.
Could I do like 6 sets with 2 reps or 4 sets with 4 reps?
