Chest pains after hard workouts?

Well it doesn't happen all the time, but crap it sucks. I think its my heart, if not its right where my heart is. The pain isn't bad either, just noticible. I have had high bp before, but nomore. I am 21 285lbs. and 6'4". Anyone have a clue? If it keeps happening Im going to the doctor.

I have never done any steroids, but I was thinking of starting my first cycle w/ test. I guess I need to find out about this first, I may not need to get on any AAS.

Also do I just go to a regular doctor about this?

No, its just a slight sharp pain about where my heart is, close to the center of my chest. I don't feel it often, but still.....

I had pulled a muscle in my chest that would all of a sudden tighten up after working out. I went to the dr. because I thought it was my heart and it was a muscle. You should go to the Dr. anytime you think it could be your heart. Plus you have the high b/p

I don't anymore, thank God. I will go to the doctor sometime this month though.
