Chest injury and juice

back in september I hurt my chest, about where it meets with the shoulder. Its gotten better but when I work out I can still feel it pulling, almost a sharp pinching feeling. If I go really heavy Im sure I will completely reinjure it. Im planning on doing a cycle in february, with fina, eq and some test. Will the steroids help repair the injury? or should I make sure its completely healed before I try to lift hard again? Its been a long time since I hurt my self and Im really getting frustrated.

Well, when you are on a cycle, you shouldn't be lifting the heaviest weights possible. Steroids decrease recovery time, and make it so your body can handle longer workouts. So while juicing you should be doing medium intensity (weight), high volume workouts, and you should be getting more workouts in per week.
So the increased weight while juicing should not eb a problem because you shouldn't even be increasing the weight at all.

Hey bro...check out this link...it's just about phases of training...scroll down to my first or second post, and read about the phases (hypertrophy, strength, etc...). Cycles should be done during the hypertrophy phase because it aides in recovery, making your body better able to handle higher volume and less time between workouts...So like I said...the juice doesn't necessarily mean you have to go heavier.

thanks for the info it was really helpful. Im glad Im not going to have to wait before I start my next cycle. I want to be done before may.
