back in september I hurt my chest, about where it meets with the shoulder. Its gotten better but when I work out I can still feel it pulling, almost a sharp pinching feeling. If I go really heavy Im sure I will completely reinjure it. Im planning on doing a cycle in february, with fina, eq and some test. Will the steroids help repair the injury? or should I make sure its completely healed before I try to lift hard again? Its been a long time since I hurt my self and Im really getting frustrated.
