Chest help and injury

This is a common post about Rotator cuff . I had MRI done and they don't see much trouble, But shit i can't put my arm higher than my shoulder when it acts up. to make it act up all i have to do is bench press for a week, and im done !cant sleep ect..it clicks then i can raise it higher than shoulder, but not without terrible pain. i have not been doing any chest now except for close grip, and some flies..this is fucking everything up and my pecs are starting to look like shit. What to do ! i feel like i have arthritis or somthing, also if it raines ect...seasons change it screwes me all up ! i'm 33 yrs old, and in good shape, Anyone found somthing that doctors didnt see in MRI's at first.

let a good ortho that specializes in shoulders check it out. who ordered your MRI an ortho or general doc. has an ortho looked at the mri or just radiologist.

Radyologist checked them out..Should i go to a sports med doc or somthing..

I didnt know if the MRI shows tendons ect..., maybe it's not muscle trouble, but somthing else..These fuckun doctors should be telling me what to do, not me debating, WTF.
 
yea, just go to a good reputable orthopedic doc. Usually in the bigger clinics there are docs that specialize in knee, shoulder or whatever.
 
When I hurt my self I just ran for a month to keep things working

the only thing that will heal Rotator issues is Complete time OFF
but you have to be active

Running is your best bet
 
Rest is the best way to go...I tore a shoulder tenden once...I had to rest for 3 months...it healed, but not completely...at least I can lift....If you work it out, it will probably get a lot worse....so OMEGA is right....rest and do some running...
 
Def have a ortho check it out. In High School, I had a work study class, and i followed the orthopedic suergon around, who happens to be my brothers best freinds dad. M.D.s just have a broad knowledge of the body, not one specific area as you know. What I learned was simply amazing, watching knee surgeries, acl repairs, joint shaving etc. This shit blows my mind.

thanx for the info, ill make a apointment...the problem is it goes away after 1 month, but then ill go to bench press and it's comes back the first day like it never healed, i even took 3 months of from shoulders & chest , and the same thing happened..Somthings fucked up in there..Thank you bro's, i will call a specialist.
