You can't target any "lower-outer" area, man. There are two pectoral heads - the sternal, and the clavicular. Look up some anatomy charts and you'll see that. The shape will be determined by genetics. All you can do is lift and make the muscle grow, in order to fill in more.

In short - Incline Bench & Weighted Dips will give you a solid chest. Alternately, you can go ahead and Flat Bench & OHP.

Hey man,

Alls I do is bench press and wide dips. My outer, lower chest is much larger then my inner upper chest muscles.

I have gave up on flies, cables, etc.. and stick soley to bench presses (inc and reg) dips (wide) and pullovers..

I am doing HST 3x a week, 3 sets of bench, dips a week.. and my chest is by far the biggest muscle group in my body..

well i geuss i need to re-word that..

instead, let's say.. my chest is by far the most highly developed muscle group in my body....

For overall chest growth, I do:

Mon:
Weighted Dips - moderate (5x5)

Wed:
Bench Press - heavy (5 x 3)

Fri:
Low Incline Dumbel Press - light (4 x 8)
