chest fat reduction

in this site, pics there are cases of chest fat, these people have gone through surgery. Can these cases be solved with diet/cardio/weight training? Or is surgery the only option to get rid of them

I dunno know about that site, but I thought I had gyno, I went and showed my doctor and asked him about it.

He was shocked, he started puching me in the chest " Feel that? Thats all Muscle, ever feel a breast like that?" he asks. Then when he was addressing our visit into his voice recorder he stated that my pecs had significant hypertrophy but no gyno. I think you have to actually feel some sort of solid lump in there for it to be gyno? I did have some slack nips but that has since been remedied with saw palmetto believe it or not.

I think alot of it is in our heads and these plastic surgeons are taking advantage of that and doind un-necessary treatments.

Gyno can only be taken away by surgery. Arimidex will reduce it to a certain extent, but it will still be there and can come in even worse if you don't treat your cycles right.

hypertrophy

Definition: (hye-PER-tro-fee) The enlargement or overgrowth of an organ or tissue due to an increase in size of its cells, rather than the number.

i honestly think i have Gyno. i have very hard pecks that are shaped nicely, but all the fat on em is behind the nipple and its really gross lookin. maybe i should get it checked out if it doesnt go away after i drop my fat?

It binds to DHT, a terrible biproduct of Testosterone that binds in the hair, nipples, and prostate areas.
