now that I am pushing almost 1g/week of test I got acne on chest/back like never before. what can I do besides take 2 showers a day and use a exfoliator scrub, any help?

wear a long sleeve shirt, hey it worked for me.............lol, but on the serious note, i think i've been told that finasteride can help as it stops testosterone converting to DHT(dihydrotestosterone) which causes hairloss and acne, finasteride also stops hairloss that test causes...................dont take my word for it i didnt use it yet as im getting finasteride soon. I just heard that info the way you hear it now.

B-5 never did jack shit for me, but some say it works well them. Go see a dermatologist. That's probabaly your best bet for now. Also, after my passed cycle, I did not get the bacne that I get post-cycle, and I beleive it's because I tan like 5x a week (as I did all summer).

yeah, even though I've heard arguments that sun is bad for you, it seemed to be benificial to me, since im prone to acne anyway, mine didnt really get much worse during or post cycle...and I didnt take any precations, just went tanning, but that's just my experience

From my experience tanning on a sun bed reduces acne.

I get acne really bad from cycling too. I still have the little scars from my last one actually. Also Radar I don't think 800mgs of B5 will do anything. You need 10 grams a day to get rid of acne and 5 grams a day to maintain. Some people even need 20 grams a day.

I have read a lot of guys who use Nizoral for hair re-growth mention that it does wonders for Chest, back acne.. get the 2% stuff online. it works quickly too..l8ta bro. Twistedneck

finasteride is a 5-ar type II blocker. 5-ar is an enzyme that converts test to DHT (as stated).
5-ar type I is found in sebaceous glands. 5-ar type II is found in hair follicles and prostate.
So, if you block 5-ar type I, it would not (theoretically) have an effect on the sebaceous glands.
However, if you take saw palmetto which blocks 5-ar type I and II, this might help your backne.
