His squats were sickening ... fuck the 10 or 12 reps of 400 try doing 50 or 75 reps of 220 ... even worse 100 or 150 reps of 140lbs till they can hear you screaming down the street !!! INSANE .... !!

Those are definatly some nasty looking legs though ... imagine this guy would run the 100 yard dash in like .. Hmmmmmmm 40 seconds ... LOL
