Check out this cutting cycle

I am 6' 205 lb @ 12-14% bf

This is my future cycle, what do you think?

week 1-10 Test @ 400 mg / week
week 1-7 t3 tapering up 25-100 mcg/day
week 5-10 winny @ 50 mg / day
Clen 2 weeks - ECA 2 weeks alternating
week 3- 11 Novadex @ 20mg / day
week 10-12 clomid 50-100-50 ed

Maybe Eq 1-10 @ 400 mg / week? do you think the Eq is needed?

Also should I take the clen while on the t3?

Does this sound like a solid cycle?
Are there any changes you would suggest?
 
Drugs-shmugs. What's your diet going to look like is far more important. The only thing I would alter on the cycle would be to run the T3 at the end.
 
I like it but I would not use T3 , you don't need this shit to drop bodyfat . Use clen and ECA ONLY .

trow in the EQ at 400 mg / week also , TEST + winny + EQ = awesome cutting cycle .

I am working on the diet right now.

I will take in 2600 cals and around 200 grams of protein per day. I am concerned that my cals maybe too high to effectivly cut.

meal 1 - protein shake or 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg

meal 2 - low carb protein bar

meal 3 - can of tuna or turkey sandwich

meal 4 - can of tuna or turkey sandwich

meal 5 - low carb protein bar

meal 6 - chicken breast, mix veg


What do you guys think?
 
at your level of development eq will not be needed, although i would just run test and winny from start to finish, nolvas will keep the water down to none existent
 
how many cycles have you done??

If i were you i wouldnt run that eq, i think the test and winny will do you just fine.
or another alternative would be to run FINA weeks 1-5 then cap off weeks 6-10 with the winny.

THis will get you nice and cut and help you drop some fat imop
 
I thought the Eq might be a little much, but what about the t3, how effective would it be in a cycle like this?

Also does the diet look ok or not?
 
Also I have done previous bulking cycles of d-bol, test, and deca. But never a solid cutting cycle.

Do you think the diet looks about right, or do you suggest any changes?
 
I had planned to run the t3 like this:

4 days 25 mcg
4 days 50 mcg
4 days 100 mcg
4 days 125 mcg
4 days 100 mcg
4 days 50 mcg
4 days 25 mcg

Is this too long for t3, what do you think?

Also should it be taken at the end of the cycle or the beginning?
 
As Str8cubano said and the reading that I have done I wouldn't use the T3 for more than 5 weeks.

From what I've read it's best to start low (25mcgs) and move up 1 tab (usually 25mcgs) at a time, and not to exceed 100 mcgs. You also need to cycle down off it as well to help kick start your thyroid back into production. Once off T3 stay off for at least 8 weeks to ensure normal thyroid function.

4 days @ 125 mcg -- (too high????)
decrease
4 days @ 100 mcg

4 days @ 50 mcg
decrease
4 days @ 25 mcg

This cycle of t3 is only 28 days or 4 weeks. I think this should be ok, or should I stay at 100 mcg for the 12 middle days and then taper down?
