Hate to break it to you but 1-testosterone IS AN ANABOLIC STEROID, not a prohormone. It is the real deal. Your body makes a small amount of 1-test as well as the regular 4-test. In some studies, 1-test showed significantly more anabolism than 4-test.

The prohormone you may be thinking of is 1-AD. 1-AD is supposed to metabolize into 1-test.

Anyone who buys a tub of HMB is the victim of a supplement scam! Thats stuff was useless. I think most of us have been the victim of a supplement scam, i spent shitloads on stuff before i turned to juice. The juice is both cheaper and more effective. The only supplements worth it are creatine and a good whey protein, anything else is pretty much a waste of money.

We have been extreamly busy with wifes comps and photo shoots, then add in 2 kids and a job. I try to get in here a few times a week, but don`t post much anymore.
