hello all!

ive done 2 cycles before
they were 500 sus and 400 deca 12 weeks

im now going to do....
500 Test E and 400 deca 12 weeks

should i raise the dosages higher?

nolva, caber and some anastrozole on hand.
will get hcg but when and how much should i use.

is it advisable to add winstrol injectable? how muc should i use and how frequent?

I wouldnt raise the dosage if you were happy with your last cycle. Depends on your goals too I mean if sust was working for you i woulndt switch it you know? If you plan on using HCG during cycle you can do 250iu twice a week wehn you start to get atrophied. What are your goals and stats? age? and all that, diet etc

goals to get bigger... test e is easier less injections, once a week 1st cycle was amazing. felt like a god!

some days i might try to increase those amounts.

wasnt to happy with my last cycle. dont even want to think about it.

If your goal is to get bigger, add a methylated compound or two into the mix. Maybe d-bol first 4 weeks, and monsterdrol the last four. The results will be night and day different. Also, run the test a couple weeks longer than the deca...

I may sound like a broken record but this was given to me by some very knowledgeable EF members:

WEEKS 1- 6: Danabol 30mg ED
WEEKS 1- 8: Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 400mg Per Week
WEEKS 1- 10: Test 500mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-10: Anastrozol 0.25mg Every Day
WEEKS 1-13: Pregnyl (hcg) 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days

WEEK 12: 50mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 13: 50mg Clomid Every Day

Keep that 4 a cutting cycle. The two compounds ur gonna use will hinder the winny.

Stay with what ur planning, just make sure everything else is in check.

Not true. Not trying to be combative at all, but oral winstrol will lower SHBG by a large percentage thus making other compounds more effective.

I agree with u all the way but I"m under the impression it was reasons more than what ur mentioning. Good point though!

i read up on that the winstrol will combat the effects of prostegenic frm the deca, this is why i thought id add it the last 6 weeks..

the Anastrozol tabs i have are 1mg each and there tiny to half them up, any good suggestions?
