Weeks 1-2: 800mg EQ
Weeks 3-8: 400mg EQ
Weeks 1-5: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 6-10: 100mg Winny EOD
Weeks 1-6: T3*

*T3 to be run like this:

Days 1-2: 50mcgs
Days 3-4: 75mcgs
Days 5-11: 125mcgs
Days 14-16: 100mcgs
Days 17-19: 75mcgs
Days 20-22: 50mcgs
Days 23-28: 37.5mcgs
Days 29-33: 25mcgs
Days 34-42: 12.5mcgs

Clen & ECA to be cycled every 2 weeks right through cycle and PCT.

I want to get to 10% BF with no muscle or strength loss, also to maintain weight.

I've done one cycle: 8 weeks of 500mg Test Cyp and 300mg Deca gained 25lbs kept 15lbs.

you consider running some clen 2 week on 2 weeks off?
some efedrine perhaps?
 
That's similar to what I'm running right now.......I'm using a few different compounds than you. I was a little leary of running the T3.....not one to want to mess with my thyroid like that, so I opted to try some natural supplements to boost my thyroid while using the clen and gear, and my diet. So far I'm very impressed. I started out around the same BF% as you 2 1/2 weeks ago, and have dropped 4.3% while still maintaining my muscle mass (I've been paranoid trying to keep track of that to make sure I don't loose too much). So far so good. 20 week cycle in all. You should be very happy with the outcome provided you stick to your guns with the dieting. Although maintaining the same bodyweight may be a bit difficult if your dropping 7%. But you'll look better nonetheless.
 
I would run test the whole way through, you could get away with 75 EOD and drop the clen and ECA, get T-rex instead.

Pharmguy: I've been told that 10 weeks of Test Prop is too long, any reason why I should keep it for the whole 10 weeks?

I just think its always good to have test in your cycle, and at least enough to have physiological levels of test. Even if you did 100 mgs eneathate a week while you ran out the EQ. Just my opinion. I don't know why 10 weeks is too long to run prop other than acne/hair concerns. Probably blow you the hell up at the same time!
 
drop the test pick up some clen and run the eq/winny/t-3/clen

you only have to maintain your muscle while cutting so no need to add too much.

i had great results with eq/clen/ldex for a cutting cycle and even managed to add lean muscle though i only wanted to cut.
