I've been training about 5 years naturally; aside from one PH. I'm 21, 6'0, 205 8% BF, very active & great diet (no alcohol). I have done a lot of research & I'm set on taking a cycle but want some advice/ have questions. (NO dad advice please)
(Side Notes)- This will probably be my only cycle; and if I do another one it will be a LONG time before my next one.

Goals= 230 7%BF, Speed/agility, Crazy strength

Week (1-4) Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 10mg
9a.m./2p.m./7p.m.

Week (1-10) test Enanthate 250mg
Monday & Thursday

Week (8-12) Proviron 50mg/D

(PCT)
Week 12 nolva 20mg 2 times a day
Week 13-15 nolva 20mg a day
Week 16-20 Tribulus

Questions?
1) I know it generally takes test Enanthate 3 months to get out of system, but I could get tested and need it out in about 2. Since i'm so active will that help? Anything I can take/do to speed that up?
2) Will this cycle boost speed? I will be doing speed training during this cycle.
3) Should I take milk thistle? How much? How long?
4) Whats a good injection routine? Where? When? How often?
5) I have a bad phobia of needles... Any advice on this? Its seriously bad!
6) How do I prevent my nuts from shrinking!?

you just posted you were 20 in another thread and I told you to stick with the diet and training forums until you were of age. so you went and copy and pasted the same exact post and changed your age.

I don't like to be made of fool of my friend. you think I'm that fucking stupid? now I don't mind if you came back and made a new handle and made another post similar to this and lied about your age (hell its your body, if you want to fuck it up then thats your business) . but keeping the same handle and posting the same post is insulting not just to me but the entire mod staff on EF.

and to those who think there is no difference between 21 and 20. then next thing you know they will say there isn't a difference between 20 and 19.. then 19 and 18.. pretty soon we will be allowing 13 year olds to post and giving them advice.

and in the end it doesn't matter your age. the questions you are asking are so basic that even if you were 40 and been lifting 25 years I still wouldn't recommend you juicing cause you haven't done a minute of research on anything

why don't you do the SMART and SANE thing and do more than 5 minutes of research. read the stickies. learn how to train and diet. then in a year or whatever come back ..
 
Ya I actually turned 21 last night. Would post a picture of my drivers license but "aint nobody got time for that"! I have decided to do a cycle and I am asking y'all for yall's advice because I know y'all are NOT stupid. If you don't want to help me out its cool but I am in a time crunch and need advice quickly. (Athlete)
 
^^^ you should never decide to run steroids and make a quick decision about it.

you need to research this stuff before you use. you need advice quickly? next time plan better ahead of time because fast money, fast women, and fast advice always turns out bad in the end

i told you in the previous post to read the stickies. the questions you are asking are too basic and there isn't a simple answer to most of them.

also your pct needs a lot of work.
 
test and dbol is a terrible cycle for speed athletes. you'll carry excess weight (water)

you're not going to be 25 lbs heavier, leaner, and faster from one 10 or 12 week cycle anyway.
 
You aint gonna be 25 lbs heavier all while losing fat from doing just one cycle
