Depends on what you consider cheating. During a bulk, ice cream, cake, pizza, now thats cheating. When I'm cutting even a turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/ non fat italian dressing is cheating. I think there is a lot of confusion about cheat meals. People tend to have this mindframe that they have to eat junk to get muscle and they have to cheat multiple times/wk to accomplish their goal of getting bigger. Cheating is nothing more to me than an excessive calorie meal which consists of an abundance of either fat/carbs that a normal bodybuilding diet would not consist of. 3 cups of pasta, a couple slices of pizza, a cheeseburger, etc. You are not benefiting from the actual junk food in itself, however the fats.carbs in it which shocks your body and gives you more energy and/or recovery.
