Wow -- so I definately just had a 2/3lb burger with cheese and bacon -- just thought id let out my weakness -- I definately cheated and feel like shit for it... lol?

It happens....now just get back on track and throw in a couple extra reps and an extra 10 mins of cardio :-P

PS: Sounds Yummy! lol

Yeah I know...I can understand a cheat as in eating some carbs if youre on a low carb diet or something like that once a week because it can accually help you, but going out for fast food should be kept to a much more rare occasion.

Ha -- ya I know -- I felt it at the gym today -- but I did some extra -- now I wont havec to cheat again for another month or so, lol

you felt what at the gym? If you felt something at the gym because u had a hamburger its in your head.

it is definitely in the head..people eat 2/3 burger 5x per day..if its your only slip for a day you are still way ahead of 95% of this society..

Today a hamburger, tomorrow a twinkie... next thing you know you'll be eating doughnuts by the dozens!!! Hamburgers are starter foods!!!

Yeah I am sure its in my head -- that and the benadryl from not drinking enough water kind of deadened me -- but either way --

A little trick that helps me combat the cravings is too look at the food I'm going to eat and I ask myself 2 things 1.. Is this nourishement for my body thats going to help me and my goals or just a craving and 2.. how much extra time do i have to be on the treadmill for that burger trust me when ur visualizing an xtra 20 minutes of cardio just for a burger you aint havin it

The only thing i do is just look around me and at the amount of people that are overweight, that alone makes me go and eat a tin uf tuna instead
