Well the diet board sucks so I'm going to repost this thread here, where I can actually get some opinions.

Just want to know if cheating/upping cals for a week will help trick metabolism before I start low cals again and start my cutting cycle, or will it be a waste, and I should just keep dieting and not stop now?.
