Just for you I have a special daily chat sessions twice per day. Sessions last 30 seconds and are well worth the money you would otherwise spend on say,...a tic tac or something...

I can only brainwash my aerobics class into believing that they will get a high intensity workout doing the "sit on your ass and type like this exercises" so many times. And it really seems that they have this move perfected...
