Anyone try his 1-6-1 program for 30days its a 5 day cycle.

If you did let me hear your thoughts on it.

One of my favorites, hands down. Might want to start off with a longer rest period between sets. For your first 'max' lift be a little conservative. Increase more on the transition from your first to second 'max', with the next transition being small/none. You should be pretty wiped out for the third 1-6 (on bench, squat, etc).

The idea is pretty much the same as doing heavy holds/lockouts prior to a work set.
 
Thanks on the info.

I am used to high volume training. Pretty much all i do. I feel I would be able to jump right into this program. Coming off a 4x5 routine i often do.

Does anyone have any results and info they would like to post about the routine?
