hey EF

ive been doing chest/back/shoulders/legs/arms/rest as my training schedule

ive noticed that my bis arent really developing as they should, i mean, they look alright, but i want more.

should i try to change my routine to

chest&tri/Back&bi/shoulders/legs/arms?

i basically do 5 to 6 exercises per muscle with 4 or 5 sets 10 or 8.

sometimes ill throw in some lighter weight and rep 15 just for a pump.

A lot of your bicep development depends on your back routine since they are both pulling exercises. I know a few fellows that do a lot of bicep isolation routines but half ass back exercises and they have little to show for it. Also your genetics play a part in how your biceps look.

In all honesty if gains have plateaued then your doing something wrong bro. Whether it be rest, diet, intensity, whatever. If your not making gains each workout something needs to change. Make sure your diet and rest are in check before you worry about your routine.

Squats and milk.

Don't worry about your arms, they will grow. Work on compound movements and getting protein into your body. How many guys have you seen squat 500+ pounds have small arms?

Yes but dont forget your back. Those guys that squat 500 also deadlift 500+, row 300+ and do weighted pullups. Hit it heavy and divide it in 2 or even 3 workouts.
