changing priorities....

OK now that school is out and my shoulder injury is better I can finally focus on diet/training. For the next three months training is going to be my first priority everything else is taking a backseet. No more alcohol, no more missing days of cardio...I'm ready


I paid for swolecats SGX program and going to start it as soon as he gets my money. So far his service has been top notch and I already can tell that my money was well spent.

I'll post a picture in the next few days and take more pictures as I progress. With the help of swolecat, yohimburn, T-Rex, R-ALA and most importantly my determination will get me in the best shape of my life. NO more what could of been I'm going for it.

Wish me luck! For any one interested I'll keep you posted on my progress. Let the twelve weeks of cutting begin!! I can't wait to have six pack for once in my life...

You can do it man. You'll be very happy once you get to your end results. It's well worth the effort.

make sure you take your vitamins and minerals too - they will keep you healthy while you are pushing yourself - zinc and magnesium before bed make me sleep like a baby after evening training (which usually keeps me up for hours)
 
push yourself to the limit and follow whatever diet plan he gives you to a TEE. You will be happy with your results-josh
 
Got my Program!!!!

Well SC just sent me my program yesterday, so I'm starting on Monday....

Will take some pictures once I get my digital camera back from ym friend....

IF your wondering whether or not SC's SGX program is worth the money- it is... I've already emailed him a few times, and he responds within minutes to a few hours- great service, so knowledgable, and willing to go to any length to make sure you meet your goals...Thanks SC
