I made a thread a couple of months ago about my next cycle. I was originally going to do a Test Enth + Tbol cycle, but recently decided to try Dbol before I try Tbol.
However, Im going to combine it with an AI to minimize bloat (not gyno prone tho, but I bloated alot in my face during my first cycle of 500mg test enth...), and since my source is out of arimidex and doens't carry Aromasin, it will be a very low dose of Letro 3times a week.
So here goes:
Test Enth @ 500mg/week - Week 1-12
Dbol @ 30mg/day - Week 1-6
Letro @ 0.625mg 3times a week - Week 1-13
HCG @ 500ui/week - Week 5-10
Nolva @ 40/40/20/20 - Week 15-18
A benefit of doing the letro i guess, is that it will probably be easier to reduce fat from cardio.
I will do my usual workout routine, with lifting 4 times a week + cardio 2 times a week.
Sunday completely off + high cal. day.
Hopefully I won't get any noticable estrogen rebound from the letro because of the dosage. I figured I'd stop it about a week before I begin with nolva because of the half time.
The diet will be approx:
300-350g proteins
300-350g carbs
50-100g fat (mostly healthy fats from oliveoil, omega 3-6-9 ++)
This will put me at around 3500+ calories a day, which I guess will be sufficient for some decent gains. Will also be doing creatine mono.
So what do you guys think?
