change my cycle from bulk to cut please

Originally when I bought the compounds for my next cycle I was gonna bulk, but I now I would like to cut. My question is can I use these same compounds and just lower the test to 250mgs EW instead of 500mgs EW? My main concern is how much water weight I gained last time I ran 500mgs test. I also didn’t use any supplementary drugs last time. With that being said, would I be better off sticking with 500mgs test EW and run something like proviron, nolva? Below is what I had laid out for a bulk cycle. What can I do to change it to be more of a cut cycle and not gain a lot of water? Thanks…

1-13 test 500mgs EW
1-12 EQ 600mgs EW
9-13 winny injects 100mgs EOD
 
what kinda test? prop and sust doesn't bloat nearly as much as cyp and enanthate
 
The only difference between a bulk cycle and cutting cycle is your diet and cardio regimen, IMO. I'd shoot the winstrol ED though.

Control your estrogen, don't eat too many carbs, and keep the sodium low and that cycle will be perfect for cutting to me.
 
I bought enanth but can always change it up if needed. You think it would be that much of a difference?

I realize diet is #1 for cutting, I must read it 100 a day on here lol I’m just looking for advice on how to change my current layout so I don’t hold as much water this time around. I guess that’s really my main concern. Should I throw in some proviron or nolva? Or would lowering the test be more beneficial? I never did this before but I’m just tired of the water weight no matter how good my diet and cardio may be.
 
Aromasin would be better at controlling bloat than nolva or proviron, I'm pretty sure. But I've never used nolva or proviron to control bloat.

But if you're holding that much water on 500mg test/week then your diet or estrogen is a little off. You could run a lower dose of the Test E, but I'd keep it at 500 and control the estrogen better if it was me.

Stick w/ what zwhit said.. In terms of water weight that is actually very easy to control... The more water you drink, the less water your body will hold... It's that simple.. This has been proven countless times.. Sure there are compounds that can exacerbate the holding of water, however, this too can be controled w/ extra water intake..
 
IDK I mean I gained 18 pounds during my 12 week 500mgs test cycle last. I don’t feel majorly bloated but I just figured there can’t be anyway I gained 18 pounds of muscle? I guess time will tell as I just finished the cycle. I guess if I start losing a lot of weight I’ll know its water. So it sounds like I should keep it at 500mgs and use something like Aromasin? I’m not familiar with that but will start looking it up…thanks

Well, you should know better then anyone if your holding onto some water.. 18 lbs in 12 weeks is prolly not going to be all muscle.. Not totally impossible, but unlikely.. Have you started PCT yet? You're hoping to do a cutter after PCT and a bit of time off?

diet indeed is key for cutting, as is the obvious calories in/calories out... Test @ 500mg is plenty for a cutter.. It will easily help you retain what muscle you have during your cutter..In fact you prolly could stick w/ 250 of test a wk and finish with some winny and be quite happy w/ the results..
 
That’s what I’m saying I don’t feel like I’m holding much water but it’s hard to believe I gained 18 pounds of muscle. Tomorrow is two weeks from my last shot so I am starting PCT tomorrow. I plan on waiting about 3 months before I start anything else. I’m just getting antsy so I decided to post in preparation for the future. I took about 10 years off from cycling. Now I do one cycle and I can’t stop thinking about another lol but I know it’s best to wait. My main problem I think is that my diet is clean but I don’t eat enough. I know that can be worst than overeating in some cases. I’m not going to bore you and claim I’m so busy and can’t eat 6 meals blah blah blah. I know this is something I need to get in check…

Good on ya for wanting to wait 3 months before your next one... "more isn't better, better is better"..lol

Sometime at least for my self i find it's better if I keep a log of everything I eat. That way I can see exactly how much I am eating and tweak it from there.. I can post up a speed sheet tomorrow that you can use.. It will let you track everything you eat, calories in / calories out, etc etc... This way, at the end of every day you can see exactly how much you need to increase or decrease in terms of food.. Plus it lets you see how clean your diet actually is..

Food intake needs to be realistic, Sure in a perfect world we would all eat 6 times a day etc. Most of it is just routine.. But it can take a bit to get that routine started.. I eat at 8:30am then have a protien shake at 11:00am, then i have lunch at 1:00pm protien shake at 3:30pm then dinner at 7:00pm every day.. that's just my routine.. I have a "magic bullet" at work and fridge etc for all my shake making stuff, so for me it's easy to keep the routine going, but figure out what works best for you.. You can't be doing to bad if you gained 18lbs in 12 weeks even if 10 lbs of it's water that's still 8 lbs of lean muscle which in any ones books would be a great gain to keep out of a 12 wk cycle.
