New member
A guy at my gym had heart attack from is first cycle he had only been training 4 week lol he's ok tho but he's quit training now lol what an idiot...
Also has any one here had any heart problems from steroids please respond I'm kinda worried now as I'm on my first cycle test prop but I'm using n2guard so hopefully I'll be ok??

since you are new we need your stats.

also i am curious on the background of your buddy. what were his stats?

if you are on every drug under the sun, in bad shape couch potato, and eat like shit then you will get a heart attack eventually with or without AAS, taking AAS will merely speed up the process slightly because of water retention and high RBC's etc.

a HEALTHY ADULT MALE who takes AAS in conservative dosages and checks their bloods should have zero issues

Age? Stats?

Also, I'm sure he had heart related issues. It wasn't from a first cycle of prop.

There is no direct studies that can prove heart attacks are caused by AAS use. However, the decrease in HDL and increase of LDL, along with blood pressure fluctuations would increase ones chance of having one. I work in emergency medicine and nearly every myocardial infarction I have come across are from cardiovascular complications (CAD, CVD, HTN, DM) over a prolonged period of time and drug use.

The person you are referring too most likely had health issues that wore down his cardiovascular system over many many years. The AAS may have been the final straw to trigger it.

Bingo! Steve has it spot on here. AAS is likely not the reason your buddy had a heart attack. He had one or more other health factors that was the cause. The AAS would have just accelerated it a little at most
