From the research I've done (about 2 hours worth) All the pharm companies are trying to develop a Myostatin Anti-body, not an actual inhibitor.
A German University has applied for the first patent for the Myostatin anti-body with hopes to acquire the actual reseach from another company.
Granted my knowledge of this topic is limited, however they are unsure why dead heart tissue has more myostatin then healthy tissue. And only from lab rats have they concluded that it won't enlarge the heart muscle, however Humans are very different.
